Cardo Connexion Technologies provides data protection consultancy, DPO-as-a-Service, cybersecurity assessments and related IT infrastructure services as agreed in individual proposals or contracts.
All quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of enquiry or discovery assessment. Final scope and cost are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
All information shared during an engagement, including discovery questionnaire responses and any findings, is treated as confidential and may be governed by a signed non-disclosure agreement.
Vulnerability assessments and penetration testing are conducted only within a formally agreed scope and authorisation, documented before testing begins.
Cardo Connexion Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, including the Cyber and Data Protection Act 2021.
